Q: What age restrictions?

A: Strictly 21 years old and older.

Q: Can I come in earlier than your opening time?

A: Yes, we’re happy to open only if prior arrangements are made.

Q: How do I make a reservation?

A: Reservations are quick and easy and can be made by calling us at (773) 895­2299 between

the hours of 7pm and 2am. If we do not answer please TEXT or leave us a VOICEMAIL.


Q: How long do parties usually last?

A: It varies widely, however the average small or medium party stays about 3 hours and the

average large party stays about 4 hours. When in doubt, always reserve your party for longer.

You only pay for the amount of time you actually stay.


Q: Are there any minimums?

A: Only on Friday and Saturdays because it is our busiest times. Small and medium rooms

require at least 2 hours and large rooms require at least 3. Every group also needs to meet a

bar minimum as well. Everyone needs to spend at least $15 dollars at the bar whether it be

food or beverage.


Q: How many days in advance do I need to make a reservation?

A: Reservations can be made anytime as long as there is availability, though we recommended

booking as early as possible, rooms tend to fill up quickly especially on Fridays and Saturdays.


Q: What is needed to make a reservation?

A: 1) Date of your party

2) Number of people in your party

3) Start time

4) End time

5) Name

6) Telephone number

7) Credit card number and expiration date


Q: Why do you need my credit card to make a reservation? Cancellation policy?

A: We ask for your credit card to prevent late cancellations and no­shows. We ask that you

make any cancellations at least 2 days prior to your party, otherwise Lincoln Karaoke reserves

the right to charge you for the entirety of the reservation.


Q: Do you guys charge a deposit to hold the room?

A: No.

Q: How do I check in?

A: Just go to the bar and check in with the name you used to reserve your room. We will ask to

hold a physical credit card for the duration of your party. 


Q: Why does Lincoln Karaoke need to hold my credit card while I’m in the room?

A: We hold one card per party to cover any discrepancies at the end of the evening, such as

missing or damaged equipment. We also reserve the right to use this card to pay your bill if you

forget to pay before you leave.


Q: How and when do I pay?

A: You check out at the bar at the end of your party. You can pay cash or credit. The room

charge cannot be split amongst multiple cards.


Q: Will you tell me when my time is up?

A: Your party lasts as long as you actually stay in the room. You are responsible for keeping

track of your own time. Lincoln Karaoke will ask you to leave only if there is another party

reserved after yours. Because rooms can have multiple reservations, please be on time. You

will be responsible for your reserved time. We reserve the right to charge you from the reserved

start time.


Q: I made my reservation for two hours, but I don’t want to leave! Can I extend?

A: We’ll do everything we can to make sure you can stay as long as you like. In the event that a

later party is booked in your room, we may have to ask your party to leave on­time. That’s why

it’s best to let us know you’d like to extend as early as possible. There is no guarantee!


Q: Can I purchase alcohol there?

A: Yes, we have two full bars with a variety of liquor, cocktails, wines, soju, bottled and draft

craft and domestic beers.


Q: Are you BYOB? Any outside food or drinks allowed?

A: There is no outside alcohol, beverages or food allowed. No exceptions! If you have anything,

you can check it in with us and pick it up once the party ends.


Q: I am celebrating a birthday / special occasion. Can I bring in a cake?

A:This is the only exception that is made.

Q: Do people in my party pay for their own food and drinks?

A: It’s up to you. Most parties have everyone take care of their own drinks. If you want to pay for

some or all of your guests’ orders, just ask us; we have plenty of options.


Q: Parking?

A: Lincoln Karaoke has a limited number of parking spaces in the alley behind our building,

about 9 spots on the blacktop. We also have free, unmetered parking on our block of Lincoln

Avenue. Be aware of neighborhood permit­ only parking on nearby side streets ­ you may get a

ticket if you park there. DO NOT PARK at HUBS Restaurant or any adjacent lots.

Q: Are you only private room karaoke? Do you have any open mic karaoke?

A: We are only private room karaoke. There is no other kind of karaoke outside of the rooms.
